Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled (packed and dispatched). To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@dlvdbrand.com with your order number.

 

Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, please see our exchange policy below.

 

 

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start an exchange
Contact us at contact@dlvdbrand.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the reason for your exchange. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. EU refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
